“تحليل مثير حول الهجوم على منشأة أنتونوف في أوكرانيا”

طائرة “أنتونوف 225 مريا” الأوكرانية الصنع

shocked the world when the Russians bombed the “Antonov” factory, home to the world’s largest cargo aircraft, especially the magnificent An-225 Mriya, which suffered severe damage. This came as a surprise due to an incident in 2018 when the Antonov factory secretly developed a high-altitude combat drone capable of soaring to 40,000 feet.

Amid the ongoing conflict in Donbass, Ukraine, irritated by the Russian support to separatists with “Orlan-10” drones — armed and capable of providing real-time images of Ukrainian troops to guide artillery strikes resulting in heavy losses — sought retribution in any future confrontations. This indeed unfolded in the current war with Russia.

Consequently, the Russians destroyed the factory; however, this happened too late. The Ukrainians had stockpiled numerous combat drones in various locations away from airbases and factories, allowing them to be operated from virtually anywhere in the country.
